Initiate Request
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal to submit a request with your order ID and photos of the garment.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original Arsh Chikan tags and packaging for approval.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 hours.
Receive Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
